Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website cocmo.bet for the Cosmo Bet project (the "Website") and set out the conditions under which you may open and use an online gambling account, place bets and play casino games. These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and apply to all access to and use of the Website from the United Kingdom after that date.

  • Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England.

Placing Bets and Participation in Games

  • Stake limits: Minimum and maximum stakes for each Game or betting market are displayed on the Website or within the Game interface. You must ensure that the Bet you attempt to place falls within the relevant limits.

Settlement, Errors and Cancellations

  • Settlement of Bets: Bets are settled on the basis of the official result or the rules of the relevant Game, event or market as at the time of settlement. Once a market has been settled, the result will not normally be amended.
  • Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at an incorrectly displayed price, line, handicap, Game configuration or any clearly erroneous information (for example, due to a technical or human error), we may void the Bet or settle it at the correct terms that should reasonably have applied. In such cases our liability is limited to refunding the stake or correcting the settlement.
  • Interrupted play: If your session is interrupted (for example due to network problems or a device crash), the outcome of any Bet that has already been placed and accepted will be determined by our systems as if the interruption had not occurred. The final result recorded on our servers will prevail, and you can access it through your transaction history.
  • Modification and cancellation by you: Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed, you cannot usually cancel or change it. Any limited "cash out" or early settlement features offered on the Website are discretionary and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Player Conduct and Live Casino / Chat Rules

  • Behaviour standards: You must treat other players, live dealers and staff with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or harassing language or behaviour in chat or in any other interaction is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraud, collusion and unfair advantage: You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, chip dumping, advantage play that exploits software defects, use of bots or automated tools, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage. We may withhold or void Bets and close Accounts where we reasonably suspect such behaviour, in line with UKGC requirements.
  • Use of software and devices: You must not attempt to circumvent our security systems, alter software, interfere with the normal operation of Games or use screen scraping or similar techniques. Any such activity may result in Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Rules

  • Bonus availability: From time to time we may offer Promotions and Bonuses to new or existing players on Cosmo Bet at cocmo.bet. Each Promotion will be subject to these Terms and to specific promotional terms published on the Website. In case of conflict, the specific promotional terms apply.
  • Activation: Some Bonuses are credited automatically (for example, a welcome offer upon first deposit), while others require an opt-in, bonus code or manual claim. The qualifying criteria, such as minimum deposit amount, will be clearly stated in the promotional description.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements for UK players will be displayed with each Promotion (for example, "35x bonus amount" within a specified period). Only qualifying bets at or below any stated maximum stake per spin or game round will count towards wagering.

Timeframes, Game Restrictions and Irregular Play

Combination of Promotions and Bonus Abuse

  • Non-cumulative offers: Unless we expressly state otherwise, Promotions cannot be combined. You may only have one active Bonus at a time, and wagering on one Bonus will not count towards another.
  • Real money vs Bonus money: Unless otherwise specified, Bets are placed first using your Real Money Balance and only then from your Bonus Balance. Winnings from Real Money bets become part of your Real Money Balance; winnings from Bonus funds are usually credited to your Bonus Balance and may remain subject to wagering.
  • Bonus cancellation: You may request that a Bonus be cancelled, but doing so may result in the removal of all Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not yet met the applicable requirements.
  • Abuse measures: Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have abused a Promotion, failed to meet eligibility criteria, or otherwise breached Bonus rules, we may remove Bonuses, void associated winnings, close or restrict your Account and, where required, report matters to the UKGC or other authorities.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits
